Plans

Things obviously don't always go according to plan.
I had got myself organized this morning to get jobs done and get out for some exercise however got a text from my son to phone him, turned out he had been hit by a car.
Fortunately he was ok, after a visit to the hospital via ambulance he was discharged with a few minor cuts and scrapes. He did have xrays on his head and hand and thankfully  they were clear.
Eating wasn't as good as it could have been, and have just managed a few swings of the KB
1 x20 double handed
2 x 10 single hand (per side)

What I did today

Eating today was within range.
Exercise included 32min walk and some work with the 8kg kettlebell
5 x overhead press each side
1 x 20 kettle bell swings, double handed
1 x 10 KB swings per side

Water, I try to drink 2ltr a day but have been struggling with this. Today I have only drunk 800mls

Todays the day

After thinking about this for sometime, today is the day to begin blogging about my journey to get strong.

strength/streNG(k)TH/

Noun:
The quality or state of being strong, in particular.

I have done some form of exercise over the years and until recently had been sidelined with a shoulder injury. I have wanted for some time to see the evidence of my hard work and I thought a good way to keep me on track and accountable was to blog about it.
What things am I looking for that are going to show me that I have got stronger? I want to be able to see some muscle definition, for example when I flex my bicep I would like to see less wobble and more muscle. I would like to be able to do a pull up and ultimately be able to do the RKC (more on that later)
I am a 47 year old female, is any of this possible, guess there is only one way to find out....
